Assistant Property Manager We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Property Manager to join our high‑energy community of 186 apartment homes in Georgetown, MA. As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the Property Manager to supervise daily operations, including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration and policy compliance. Your goal will be to create outstanding satisfaction and well‑being for all community residents while aligning with the company’s goals and objectives. Responsibilities Lead by example and embody the core values and culture of Dolben. Achieve financial objectives through rent collection, delinquency management and revenue generation. Conduct informative, personalized tours of the community to attract new leases. Build brand loyalty by ensuring every resident interaction is positive. Co‑coach, mentor and inspire team members. Take the lead in the absence of the Property Manager. What You Bring to Us A college degree is preferred. 1–3 years of experience in property management, hospitality or retail. Experience with revenue, P&L and budget management. Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency with industry software (MRI, YARDI, Nexus preferred). Sales aptitude.
