Workplace Services Manager

Responsibilities Oversee daily office and facility operations Manage and lead a team of onsite Workplace & Office Coordinators and Managers Develop and implement policies and procedures related to workplace services Foster strong relationships with employees and stakeholders Ensure financial and budget processes are managed and adhered to Manage relationships with service providers, vendors, and Landlords Support and represent the firm in office fit‑outs and construction projects Coordinate with other departments to deliver best in class services Participate in recruitment and selection process for workplace services teams Requirements Minimum of 4 years of experience in service management or a related role Strong understanding of workplace operations and customer service principles Capability for developing staff Professional presence with ability to engage effectively with stakeholders Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to deal with confidential information discreetly Proactive, adaptable, and solutions‑driven mindset #J-18808-Ljbffr Jobtailor
