Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented culinary professional to join our kitchen team. In this role, you will help prepare high-quality menu items, maintain food safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to a smooth, efficient kitchen operation. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients and menu items according to recipes, portion standards, and presentation guidelines
• Cook food to proper temperatures and ensure quality, consistency, and timing
• Support the kitchen team during service by managing assigned stations efficiently
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area throughout each shift
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety procedures at all times
• Assist with stocking, rotation, and proper storage of food and supplies
• Communicate clearly with team members and respond promptly to changing priorities
• Help minimize waste and support efficient kitchen operations
• Perform routine cleaning and closing tasks as assigned

Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or food service experience is preferred but not always required
• Basic knowledge of cooking methods, food preparation, and kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork, communication, and time management skills
• Commitment to cleanliness, safety, and quality standards

• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights as needed
