Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, professional service
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Deliver menu items promptly while ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Assist with table maintenance, cleanliness, and overall dining room organization
• Answer guest questions about menu items, specials, and restaurant offerings
• Support team members during busy periods to maintain a positive guest experience
• Handle transactions accurately when needed and follow cash-handling procedures
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines at all times

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain organized under pressure
• Positive attitude and commitment to excellent guest service
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Dependability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic

Additional Information
