Job Title: Line Cook – Kyuramen Dallas

Location: Frisco, TX

Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Pay Range: $18.00 – 23.00 / hour (commensurate with experience)

Job Overview:

We are seeking detail-oriented and hardworking Line Cooks to join our kitchen team at our Frisco/Dallas location. You will be responsible for preparing high-quality ramen broth, noodles, appetizers, and toppings while maintaining strict food safety and cleanliness standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook kitchen menu items (ramen, appetizers, pan-fried dishes) following standardized company recipes.
• Maintain clean, organized, and sanitary work stations before, during, and after service.
• Manage prep work, inventory levels, and proper food rotation (FIFO).
• Coordinate efficiently with front-of-house staff to ensure fast, accurate ticket times.
• Comply with health department regulations and kitchen safety protocols.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook or Prep Cook in a high-volume restaurant preferred (Asian/Ramen cuisine experience is a plus).
• Basic knife skills and familiarity with standard commercial kitchen equipment.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize under pressure, and communicate clearly.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid food handler certificate.
