Location: Minnetonka, MN (Hybrid)

Schedule: Full-Time | Work From Home Monday & Friday, In Office Tuesday-Thursday

Salary: $100,000-$130,000 + Comprehensive Benefits

Beacon Hill's client is seeking a Senior Brand Manager to lead brand identity, creative strategy, and marketing communications efforts. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned brand and design professional to take ownership of a growing organization's brand presence while serving as the primary leader for visual storytelling, design standards, and creative execution.

This role combines hands-on graphic design and content creation with strategic oversight of branding initiatives, creative resources, external agencies, and marketing campaigns. The Senior Brand Manager will partner closely with executive leadership, sales, technical teams, and marketing stakeholders to ensure a consistent, impactful brand experience across all customer-facing channels.

Key Responsibilities

Own, maintain, and evolve the organization's brand identity, including visual design systems, brand guidelines, and messaging frameworks.

Serve as the final quality review for marketing, sales, and corporate communications materials.

Design and create a variety of marketing and sales assets, including:

Presentations

Marketing collateral

Case studies

Trade show and exhibition materials

Digital and web content

Multimedia and video assets

Develop compelling visual storytelling that translates complex concepts into engaging customer-facing content.

Establish and enforce design standards across print, digital, presentation, and multimedia channels.

Direct and oversee creative work produced by internal stakeholders, freelance designers, agencies, and external vendors.

Manage multimedia production projects and agency relationships.

Mentor and provide guidance to creative resources while ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.

Partner with sales and marketing leadership to develop and execute strategic communications plans across multiple channels.

Manage campaign budgets, vendor relationships, project logistics, performance tracking, and optimization efforts.

Build and maintain scalable creative processes, documentation, and brand asset libraries.

Required Qualifications

5-10+ years of experience in brand management, creative leadership, graphic design, or marketing communications.

Proven success developing and managing brand identity systems in a fast-paced environment.

Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, presentations, marketing collateral, campaigns, and multimedia projects.

Experience managing designers, freelancers, agencies, or creative partners.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex information into compelling narratives.

Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with experience measuring campaign and brand performance.

Experience using data visualization, infographics, and storytelling to communicate business insights.

Proficiency with modern design and creative software platforms.

Interest in leveraging emerging technologies and AI tools to drive marketing effectiveness.

Experience supporting technical, engineering, manufacturing, sustainability, clean energy, or industrial organizations is preferred but not required.

Additional Details

Hybrid work environment with flexibility to work remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Office-based collaboration Tuesday through Thursday.
