Digital Marketing Manager

Miche Beauty is looking for a Digital Marketing Manager who gets results. Not someone who talks strategy — someone who executes it. This role owns our entire digital presence: paid ads, email, SMS, website performance, and everything in between. We are a beauty brand specializing in products for curly, coily, and wavy hair textures, and a passion for curly hair care goes a long way here. If you love seeing numbers move because of work you did, this role is for you. The ideal candidate will expand the company's brand presence by finding the target audience to distribute marketing content to. You will create and implement the marketing strategy using both offline and online methods to gain new customers. The ideal candidate is both a self-motivated individual and a positive team player. What You'll Own Paid social Media campaigns across Meta and TikTok — strategy, copy, targeting, budget, and optimization Email and SMS marketing — full ownership of campaigns, automations, list growth, and revenue Website performance — landing pages, conversion rate, SEO, and Shopify management Weekly performance reporting to leadership — clear, concise, and actionable Ad spend management — you know where every dollar is going and why Content calendar coordination with our TikTok Creator and Social Media Manager What We're Looking For 3–5 years of hands‑on digital marketing experience — you have personally managed campaigns, not just supervised them Proven results in paid social — Meta Ads Manager required; TikTok Ads a strong plus Experience with email marketing — Klaviyo strongly preferred Comfortable in Google Analytics, Shopify, and ad platform dashboards Beauty, skincare, or DTC e-commerce background is a major plus Someone who checks their metrics daily, responds quickly, and doesn’t let things slip through the cracks A portfolio or case studies showing real numbers — ROAS, revenue growth, open rates, conversions You Are Responsive – Emails, Texts, and messages don’t sit unanswered Proactive – You flag problems before leadership notices them Accountable – You own your results; good and bad Scrappy – Comfortable doing the work yourself in a lean team What We Offer $65,000 - $85,000 salary based on experience #J-18808-Ljbffr Miche Beauty
