Qualifications/Desired Experience:

• Valid certification/licensure as a school psychologist in Arizona
• Previous experience in school settings, preferably at the high school level
• Strong skills in psychological assessments, counseling, and interventions for students
• Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication and record-keeping skills
• Comfort with or openness to providing services virtually (pending district approval)

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct psychological evaluations and interpret testing data to support students’ learning and emotional needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to develop and implement effective student support plans
• Provide counseling and intervention services to students, with an emphasis on high school-aged youth
• Participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to eligibility determinations
• Consult with staff and families to recommend strategies for academic and behavioral success
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and documentation in accordance with state and federal law
