Senior Director, Global People Operations

Revolution Medicines seeks a Senior Director to establish and lead global people operations for a scaling oncology company. This role involves building an integrated operating model that combines strong operational foundations with AI-enabled service delivery while managing employee lifecycle administration across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

• Design global operating model and multi-year roadmap for people operations
• Evolve employee service model to incorporate self-service, AI-enabled support, and tiered case management
• Own employee administrative lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, leaves, and records management
• Establish operational accountability and governance structures across regional HR teams and centers of excellence
• Manage integration of global mobility, immigration, and work-authorization administration

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience leading people operations at global, scaling organizations
• Expertise in designing and implementing employee service models and operating systems
• Knowledge of employment law, payroll, benefits, mobility, and compliance across regions
• Strong project and program management capabilities with process improvement focus
• Experience leveraging HR technology and automation to enhance service delivery
• Ability to partner effectively across HR functions, legal, and cross-functional teams
