Make a real impact from the comfort of your home as a Speech-Language Pathologist supporting elementary students for the remainder of the school year. This fully remote, contract-based teletherapy position is ideal for a dedicated SLP who is licensed in Massachusetts and eager to empower student success. You’ll be providing essential speech and language support to a caseload of 35 elementary students, working closely with multiple school sites in a collaborative, virtual environment.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Massachusetts SLP license
- Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Prior school-based experience is a plus, but not required
- Comfortable managing an elementary caseload
- Highly motivated, positive, and committed to fostering growth in students
- Strong communication skills and adept at using teletherapy technology
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy interventions via telepractice
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate with other special education team members, teachers, and families to maximize student outcomes
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in virtual meetings for IEP development and progress reviews
- Adapt therapy plans to fit the unique needs of each student in a virtual setting
