Salary: $80,000-85,000

Job Summary

The Sous Chef is responsible for executing high-quality cuisine, leading the culinary team, and ensuring operational excellence while meeting cost goals and upholding company standards and values.

Key Responsibilities

Operations

• Execute menus and maintain recipe standards
• Ensure consistent, high-quality food and guest experience
• Conduct daily kitchen walkthroughs and maintain show quality
• Gather guest feedback and support continuous improvement
• Address guest service issues and support company initiatives

Controls

• Utilize systems for purchasing, POS, and labor management
• Manage inventory, product handling, and cost controls
• Ensure compliance with safety, sanitation, and security standards
• Forecast, schedule, and plan for operational needs

Team Leadership

• Lead, coach, and develop team members
• Support hiring, training, and performance management
• Foster a positive, productive team environment

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a culinary leadership role
• Culinary degree preferred
• Strong financial and operational knowledge
• High computer proficiency
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Passion for hospitality and food
