Billing Specialist - ReceivablesSt. Paul, MN | Contract to Hire | $30-33/hrKonik is partnering with a dynamic manufacturing company in the large-format printing industry to find a Billing Specialist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with cross-functional teams, and has strong skills in billing and accounting operations. Billing Specialist Responsibilities:Prepare and process accurate customer invoices in a timely manner using Excel and ERP systems (Pace experience a plus)Manage accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments as neededCollaborate with internal teams including project coordinators and accounting departments to ensure billing accuracy and resolve discrepanciesMaintain organized financial records and assist with reporting and reconciliationsProvide exceptional customer service both internally and externally regarding billing inquiriesBilling Specialist Qualifications:High school diploma required; associate or bachelor's degree in Accounting, Bookkeeping, Business, or a related field preferred1–5 years of experience in accounting, billing, or accounts receivableAdvanced skills in Microsoft ExcelExperience working in ERP systems (Pace preferred)Experience in a manufacturing, distribution, or large-format printing company is highly desirableStrong attention to detail and excellent communication skillsBenefits:Health & dental insurancePaid holidaysMN Earned Sick & Safe TimeWeekly paychecksKonik is an equal opportunity employer.
