Job Title: Talent Acquisition Business Partner 3
Location: Redondo Beach, CA
Duration: 6 months

Basic Qualifications
*) Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of related professional experience - OR - a Master's degree with 6+ year of related professional experience. An additional four years' *) experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
*) Will consider an additional 4+ years of experience in lieu of degree.
*) Strong customer service and interpersonal communication skills.
*) Successful demonstration of full-life cycle staffing experience to include experience sourcing, identifying, and attracting top talent.
*) Ability to define and implement research and sourcing strategies for critical positions.
*) Experience with Microsoft Office, to include Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
*) Ability for occasional domestic travel to assist with events and in support of the business.
*) Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications
*) Aerospace/defense industry experience with the ability to understand relevant skills, target companies and user groups.
*) Active in the social digital and recruitment arena.
*) Experience with Workday or a comparable applicant tracking system and Eightfold.
