Requirements Previous experience in similar roles in hotel structures . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills . Customer-oriented approach and ability to handle complex situations . Fluent in Italian , with good proficiency in English and German . Flexibility and availability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays . Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests , providing information about the hotel and available services. Manage reservations , check-in, and check-out procedures. Handle incoming calls and emails , offering support and resolving guest requests. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and high-quality service.
