Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 am - 7:30 pm shifts
• Every other weekend
• 13-week assignment

Role Overview: Provide specialized respiratory care to patients in a dynamic healthcare environment, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams and gaining exposure to the latest respiratory therapy standards and technologies.


Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years' recent experience as a Registered Respiratory Therapist within the specialty
• Current NBRC RRT credential
• Active AHA BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Ability to adapt to new settings and workflows quickly
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive respiratory therapy services, including diagnostic and therapeutic procedures
• Assess, monitor, and document patient responses to respiratory interventions
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and allied health staff
• Ensure compliance with all hospital protocols and quality standards
• Serve as a resource for patients and families regarding respiratory health
