Product Manager – Real Estate – 100% Remote

Established in 2019, we have very quickly grown to operate the largest portfolio of logistics real estate assets exclusively in the U.S. and serve more than 6600 customers. We have the scale, geographic footprint, and logistics expertise, with sustainability focus, to power the supply chain of tomorrow. We are seeking a Product Manager – Finance on our Finance Platform team. The Product Manager, in partnership with functional leaders and subject matter experts within finance/accounting will be responsible for the success of various products in our internal environment. As a key member of our Finance Platform team, you will have the opportunity to work with key stakeholders to lead initiatives and other product managers and the Data & Analytics team to deliver and evolve an industry-leading Real Estate Technology platform.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage the product strategy and roadmap, in partnership with the vendor and business stakeholders
• Manage the products as part of a larger ecosystem of applications in the Marketing and Communications Platform and the larger Link technology platform
• Engage with business stakeholders to create and manage a demand management process to analyze, prioritize, and deliver on business requests
• Define and manage OKRs that build confidence in the platform and ensure the platform meets the needs and goals of the business
• Create and maintain documentation including release notes, architecture diagrams, technical and functional design documents, etc.
• Develop project materials including business cases, user requirements, and project charters
• Manage processes to prioritize projects, plan releases, and manage resources
• Manage application infrastructure services from internal and external providers
• Develop and manage metrics that ensure vendors and external partners meet or exceed operational expectations Provide support for end users and super users

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years technology industry experience
• 3+ years as a product specialist or product manager with financial exposure
• Knowledge of real estate industry and CRE technology
• Technology project management experience

Nice to Have's:

• Business analyst experience
• Ability to concisely articulate problems and analyze solution alternatives
