Pay

• 1st Shift: $18.27/hour
• Weekend Shift: $18.27/hour
• 2nd Shift: $20.10/hour

Available Schedules

1st Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 5:00 AM – 3:00 PM
• Overtime, when available: Fridays from 5:00 AM – 11:00 AM

2nd Shift

• Monday – Thursday
• 3:00 PM – 1:00 AM

Weekend Shift

• Friday – Sunday
• 5:00 AM – 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

As an Electrical Assembler, you'll play an important role in building high-quality electrical products used in industrial automation and advanced manufacturing.

Responsibilities include:

• Assemble electrical and electronic components according to work instructions.
• Wire, solder, modify, and test assemblies using hand and power tools.
• Maintain quality standards while working efficiently in a production environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives.
• Follow all safety procedures and manufacturing processes.

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Previous electrical or electronic manufacturing experience preferred (6+ months).
• Ability to read and write in English.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Positive attitude and ability to work well in a team environment.

About the Opportunity

You'll be supporting a global manufacturer that designs and produces innovative motion control systems, industrial robotics, and power management technology used in industries including automotive, logistics, semiconductor manufacturing, and advanced automation.

3. Qualified candidates will be submitted to our client for review.
4. Selected candidates will complete an onsite interview.
5. Offers are often made the same day as the onsite interview.
6. Pre-employment requirements include:
   • Non-DOT Physical
   • National 7-Year Background Check
   • 9-Panel Oral Drug Screen

This is a temp-to-hire opportunity , with eligibility for hire after 720 hours worked based on attendance, performance, and business needs.
