NOW HIRING: Inventory Specialist in Alvarado, TX

Warehouse Environment | Monday–Friday | Day Shift

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to join our warehouse team. This role is critical to maintaining accurate inventory records, supporting shipping and receiving operations, and ensuring smooth daily warehouse functions. If you have hands-on inventory experience and are comfortable operating material-handling equipment, we want to hear from you!

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM
• Pay Rate: $18.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities

• Put away and organize stock accurately
• Perform inventory movements and location validations
• Conduct cycle counts , stock counts, and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain and update inventory records with accuracy
• Identify, label, and verify materials using correct storage units and material numbers
• Count, sort, and verify items against delivery paperwork
• Assist with shipping and receiving , including unloading bulk shipments
• Report damages, discrepancies, or inventory concerns to management
• Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts
• Maintain bin locations and general warehouse cleanliness
• Complete reports and documentation related to audits, adjustments, and inventory accuracy

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in:
• • Inventory control
  • Shipping & Receiving
  • Cycle counting
  • Sit-down forklift operation
• Legible handwriting for documentation and labeling
• Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory systems
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused mindset in a fast-paced warehouse environment

Preferred (Plus) Experience

• Cherry Picker experience
• Previous warehouse inventory specialist or inventory clerk background
