Step into the Line: A Day in This Role

Imagine starting your shift at either 6:00 AM or 2:30 PM . You gear up, review the production plan, and check ingredient specs. You weigh raw materials precisely, begin mixing according to batch sheets, and move seamlessly to the line where items are assembled and packaged for sale. Throughout the day, you record production data, uphold HACCP checkpoints, and keep work areas spotless so the next handoff runs smoothly. Before the buzzer, you complete sanitation tasks and finalize documentation—quality, safety, and speed in perfect balance.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and assemble fresh food items following recipes and batch sheets
• Keep production and kitchen areas organized, sanitary, and audit‑ready
• Inspect ingredients and finished products for quality and consistency
• Package finished goods accurately for retail sale
• Follow food safety regulations, health codes, FSQA, and HACCP controls
• Maintain accurate production and quality records

What You Bring

• Hands‑on experience working on a production line in a manufacturing setting
• Working knowledge of Food Safety and Quality Assurance (FSQA) and HACCP
• Skill in mixing and weighing raw materials with precision
• Packaging experience and a strong eye for detail
• Team‑first mindset; able to follow instructions and standard work
• Comfort operating in a fast‑paced environment

• Location: 25 Branca Rd., East Rutherford, New Jersey 07073
• Shift Options: AM 6:00 AM–2:00 PM; PM 2:30 PM–11:00 PM
