Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments to gather information about clients’ mental health challenges, strengths, and available resources.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy sessions utilizing various evidence-based treatment modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Trauma-Focused Therapy.

• Develop personalized treatment plans that incorporate identified goals and evidence-based interventions while continuously monitoring progress.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for clients.

• Perform crisis intervention and risk assessments when necessary, creating detailed safety plans tailored to clients' situations.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, psychoeducation classes, and support groups to enrich clients' therapeutic experiences and promote community support.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
