Account Executive - IT Services

This is an entry-level Account Executive role responsible for developing new business and managing the full sales cycle for Vrize’s IT consulting services. The position owns a defined set of target accounts and works directly with prospective clients to identify needs, position services, and close new engagements. The Account Executive conducts outreach, leads discovery conversations, coordinates solution discussions with technical leadership, and manages opportunities through proposal, negotiation, and contract execution. The role carries revenue targets and earns incentives based on closed business. Work Setting: Hybrid — 3 days in office (Plano or Frisco, TX) Responsibilities Own and manage a personal book of prospects and target accounts Prospect new business through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, and events Run discovery calls with client stakeholders to identify business and technology needs Manage opportunities through the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting through closure Partner with delivery leadership and technical teams to align solutions to client requirements Prepare proposals, coordinate presentations, and support contract discussions Maintain accurate pipeline tracking and forecasting within CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot) Meet or exceed individual revenue and activity targets Develop relationships with decision-makers (Directors, VPs, CIOs, and technology leaders) Attend client meetings, conferences, and industry events as needed Qualifications 2–4 years of B2B sales experience (IT services, staffing, consulting, or technology) Experience owning deals or managing opportunities through closing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Ability to work hybrid in DFW and travel when required Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot) and LinkedIn Sales Navigator Exposure to IT services, software development, or enterprise technology environments About the Company VRIZE is a Global Digital & Data Engineering company, committed to delivering end-to-end Digital solutions and services to its customers worldwide.
