Support specimen collection and prepare samples for analysis when necessary.

Meticulously document all procedures, participate in training new staff or students, and assist in maintaining the lab's quality standards.

Ensure a safe, clean working environment and comply with applicable regulatory and accreditation standards.

Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or an equivalent allied health degree along with ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of hire.

Maintain certification throughout your employment.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective teamwork within the healthcare environment.
