Your Responsibilities – What You'll Achieve

• Conduct both routine and sophisticated clinical laboratory assessments—encompassing chemistry, hematology, immunology, and additional areas—adhering to established protocols.
• Evaluate results meticulously for quality, resolve discrepancies, and execute preventive maintenance along with calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for diverse analyses as required.
• Thoroughly document all processes, assist in onboarding new staff or interns, and help maintain high lab quality standards.
• Ensure a hygienic and secure workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a relevant allied health qualification, along with readiness for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certification

• ASCP or AMT Board Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Maintain valid certification for the duration of your employment.
