Your Role in the Lab

• Conduct routine and advanced laboratory tests including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and others, following established protocols with care.
• Evaluate test outcomes for precision, resolve any discrepancies, and ensure laboratory instruments are meticulously maintained and calibrated.
• Support specimen collection and prepare samples for testing as required, adhering to laboratory guidelines.
• Thoroughly document procedures, mentor new team members, and assist in upholding quality assurance standards in the laboratory environment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and efficient workspace, complying with all regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education

• A bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or an allied health equivalent, paired with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS), to be obtained within the first year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification throughout your tenure with us.
