Description – What You'll Do

• Conduct routine and advanced clinical lab tests across various disciplines—chemistry, hematology, immunology, among others—adhering to established guidelines.
• Verify results for precision, troubleshoot discrepancies, and execute preventative maintenance and calibration on laboratory instruments.
• Assist with specimen collection and prepare samples diligently for assessment as required.
• Maintain thorough documentation of procedures, contribute to training new staff or students, and ensure adherence to laboratory quality standards.
• Uphold a clean, safe workspace while complying with all regulatory and accreditation guidelines.

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a related allied health degree, plus ASCP/AMT certification preparation.

Certifications

• ASCP or AMT Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Maintain active certification throughout employment.
