About this role :

TheSeniorRecruiterprovides an absolutely pivotal role in our success story at Gartner.Working in partnership with the business, you willbe responsible forsourcing and assessinggreat talentfor the organization. Whatyou'lldo:

• Source, qualify and match candidates to defined profiles and specific openand futurerequisitions acrossassigned business units with a focuson recruiting for the HRorganization.

• Create robust pipelines & proactively lead the way in sharing qualified candidates across recruiting teams

• Develop a thorough understanding of the profiles for which you are searching by forming andmaintaininga relationship with hiring managers.

• Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies

• Work with a database for sourcing and tracking of candidates

• Provide coaching and guidance to more junior level recruiting staff.

• Proactivelyidentifyand lead process improvement efforts.

• Understand Gartner's strategic imperatives and apply your recruitingexpertiseto address client needs.

• Act as a Talent Advisor to the business, strategicallymaking recommendations andleveragingmarket intel to inform hiring initiatives and influence hiring decisions.

• Follow best practices to provide white glove serviceandcandidate care

Whatyou'llneed: (Job Requirements)

• 6-10 years' experience in a corporate or agency recruitment role

Gartner believes in fair and equitable pay. A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is 86,000 USD - 117,000 USD. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range, or be above or below the range, based on factors including, but not limited to, education, training, experience, professional achievement, business need, and location. In addition to base salary, employees will participate in either an annual bonus plan based on company and individual performance, or a role-based, uncapped sales incentive plan. Our talent acquisition team will provide the specific opportunity on our bonus or incentive programs to eligible candidates. We also offer market leading benefit programs including generous PTO, a 401k match up to $7,200 per year, the opportunity to purchase company stock at a discount, and more.
