This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while connecting with clients through secure telehealth platforms. You will enjoy a flexible schedule with hours from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, enabling a balance between your professional responsibilities and personal life. Our telehealth setting means you'll interact with clients via video conferencing, ensuring accessible therapy wherever they are.

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and develop tailored treatment plans that outline therapy goals and intervention strategies.

• Provide both individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based techniques to support clients in overcoming challenges and achieving their goals.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment interventions based on client progress and feedback, ensuring a responsive approach to care.

• Collaborate effectively with families, medical professionals, and other stakeholders to provide coordinated care and support for clients.

• Document all client interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate and confidential records as per regulatory and organizational standards.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying current with best practices, emerging therapies, and any changes in mental health regulations.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of therapy practices by providing feedback and suggestions based on your experiences and the needs of clients.

The licensed professional counselor will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Our approach emphasizes a client-centered methodology, tailoring therapeutic interventions to meet the unique needs and circumstances of each individual and family. This role is critical in fostering resilience and empowerment among clients seeking to improve their mental health and overall quality of life.

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• Must maintain an active state license as an LPC, LMFT, LCSW, or PsyD.

• Proficient computer skills, including familiarity with telehealth platforms, Google Suite, and Electronic Health Records (EHRs).

• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, essential for effective client and team interactions.

• Experience providing telehealth services is strongly preferred.

• Background in evidence-based treatment methodologies and familiarity with a variety of therapeutic approaches.

• Experience working within multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and treatment.
