Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with low-acuity clients who are experiencing various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, and stress management. Our pre-screened client base allows you to focus on fostering therapeutic rapport and delivering high-quality care to support their emotional health. The effective use of telehealth services enhances client accessibility, empowering individuals who may otherwise be reluctant to seek out mental health support.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is required.

• An active and unrestricted mental health professional license in Tennessee (LMFT, LPC, or LCSW) in good standing is essential.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in providing therapy, with demonstrated proficiency in case management and communication skills.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience.
