Receptionist Oxford Enhanced Senior Living

Join our team at Oxford Enhanced Senior Living as a Receptionist.

Compensation: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Part Time

Part-time opportunity 8 am-4 pm every other weekend, 4 pm-12 am every other weekend. Same Day Pay!

Responsibilities as Receptionist:

• Answering and transferring all incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.
• Giving information, direction and other appropriate assistance to residents, staff, guests and vendors.
• Performing a variety of clerical duties as assigned.
• Greeting potential residents, families, visitors.
• Managing both external and internal calls, taking and communicating messages.

Qualifications for Receptionist:

• Previous experience in customer service-related field required.
• Exceptionally strong customer service orientation, presence and perspective. Knowledge of customer service strategies and tactics.
• Excellent ability to communicate effectively with patients, visitors, and staff at all levels of the organization.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills and phone etiquette.
• Experience in dealing with multiple demands simultaneously.
• Ability to deal with people of varying personalities and temperaments.
• Ability to take initiative to resolve immediate problems.
