Production Planner - Integrated Planning (Bedford, MA)Execute end-to-end production planning and scheduling under the direction of the Supply Chain Program Manager, developing feasible Master Production (MPS) and Detailed Production Schedules (DPS) aligned with capacity strategies and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) commitments. Coordinate buffer and supermarket inventory using Demand Driven Material Requirements Planning (DDMRP) to ensure material availability, reliable production flow, and on-time customer delivery.Your role:Coordinates planning-related master data management closely with Enterprise Information Management (EIM), ensuring accuracy and consistency throughout.Generates realistic and achievable Detailed Production Schedule (DPS) and Master Production Schedule (MPS), complemented by a Material Requirements Plan (MRP) developed with Operational Buyers for efficient material procurement.Issues production schedules to the shop floor and conducts regular planning meetings with Production/Operations Management to synchronize activities and address any concerns.Initiates improvements to planning processes and relevant Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), leveraging expertise in various planning methodologies and continuous improvement techniques.Releases/manages production order and material-related issues promptly, utilizing negotiation skills and technical understanding to facilitate effective resolutions.You're the right fit if:You've acquired 4+ years of experience with a vocational education in areas such as industrial, manufacturing, production engineering or equivalent.Your skills include manufacturing principles, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, continuous improvement, materials requirements planning, cost-benefit analysis, master data management, supply chain management and business acumen.You have a bachelor's degree / Vocational Education in Mechanical, Electro-mechanical, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, Production Engineering or you have equivalent work experience.
