Our client, a highly regarded and decorated Drug & Alcohol Treatment Center in Sauk Rapids, is seeking a Licensed Mental Healh Professional to provide services for their program! Each day you will help rebuild lives by making a real impact on people recovering from addition and mental health challenges. LGSW, LICSW, LMFT,or LPCC REQUIRED
SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY
Work with primary care team to treat and manage patients with chronic emotional and/or heath problems efficiently and effectively Provide one on one and group therapy specifically designed for individuals with an identifuied mental health diagnosis Coordinate and develop specific behavioaral change plans Conduct assessments related to mental health and substance use needs Teach patients and families about care, prevention and treatment enhancement techniques Hours are 8:00am-4:30pmREQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
Must have a current Minnesota State Licensure as an LGSW LICSW, LMFT,or LPCC Minimum of 1 year of experience working with individuals with substance use disorders and co-occurring disorders preferably in treatment, mentoring, or coaching. Criminal Background Check thru DHS is requiredCOMPANY MISSION
