About This Role
Kinder Prep Learning Academy is seeking a warm, dependable Early Childhood Teacher (Assistant or Lead, based on experience) to join our team.
We are a licensed, award-winning preschool offering a high-quality, play-based program for children ages 3–5. Our approach blends child-led exploration with intentional teacher-guided learning, with a strong focus on social-emotional development, STREAM experiences, and hands-on engagement.

Schedule:
Monday–Friday | 7:30 AM – 5:30 PM (shift varies)
What You'll Do- Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment
- Support children through play-based learning experiences
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Maintain classroom organization and licensing standards
- Experience in early childhood education preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Strong reliability and consistent attendance are essential
- Warm, patient, and team-oriented
- Belief that this work matters and makes a lasting impact
