Mailchimp and Outlook proficiency are essential.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in communications, public relations, or similar roles.Experience with project management and event planning, ensuring efficient coordination.Mailchimp expertise for managing and analyzing email campaigns.Advanced Outlook skills for scheduling and communication management.Strong written and verbal communication skills, adaptable for different audiences.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Responsibilities:Develop and implement internal and external communication strategies aligned with business goals.Manage email campaigns via Mailchimp, ensuring segmentation, content development, and performance tracking.Plan, execute, and evaluate virtual and in-person events, including conferences and webinars.Collaborate with teams and stakeholders to craft engaging messaging for newsletters, social media, and internal communications.Oversee the creation and distribution of marketing materials, ensuring brand consistency.Handle daily communication tasks, including responding to inquiries, drafting correspondence, and managing schedules.Use Outlook for efficient scheduling, email management, and coordination across teams.Maintain and update the company's communication database.
