Full Charge Bookkeeper

Full-Time Administrative BookkeeperWe are a boutique high-end dental practice in search of a full-time administrative bookkeeper. The ideal candidate will have dental knowledge as well as bookkeeping experience being highly organized with amazing follow-through and consistency in executing tasks.Role Responsibilities:Monitoring outstanding treatments + balances via DentrixPosting debits and creditsManaging accounts payableProducing and sending invoicesAssisting the administrative team with completing payrollThis role is expected to require 40 hours per week.This team member will be asked to report to work in our Bensonhurst, Brooklyn locationAdministrative Bookkeeper Objectives:Someone who first fits our core values.
