Job Purpose: To lead and oversee sales activities within a specific geographic region. The goal is to achieve revenue targets, expand market share, and ensure the overall success of the sales team in the assigned region.

Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Engineering Procurement Construction (EPC) Contractors/ Engineer Consultants / End users to find out opportunities on new project requirements.
• Regular visit to Customers.
• Provide budget quotes to Customers for potential projects to ensure participation from the beginning stage itself.
• Review proposals and work closely with ISE's for better pump selection and other aspects of the proposal to place yourself in a better position against competition.
• Follow up for firm Request For Quotation (RFQ) after submission of budget proposals.
• Make presentations to existing and new customers to apprise them on latest product and organizational developments.
• Focus on profitability on every order secured.
• Ensure timely response and services are provided to Customers.
• S and A expenses within budget
• Work in collaboration with ISE's and other factory personnel for better outcome of results.
• Contribute towards organization growth.
• Strictly follow all company regulations, handbooks. The other duties assigned by superior.
