Receptionist

Our client, an organization dedicated to providing excellent service and support, is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be an essential part of the front office operations, supporting the daily functions of the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate professionalism, strong communication skills, and a friendly demeanor, which will enable you to succeed and grow within the organization.

Job Title: Receptionist

Location: Rochester, NY

Pay Range: $18

Shift: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 10am-4pm

What's the Job?

• Answering and directing incoming phone calls with professionalism and clarity

• Greeting visitors and managing the front door with courtesy and efficiency

• Communicating effectively via email to support organizational needs

• Performing basic computer tasks to assist with administrative functions

• Maintaining a welcoming and organized reception area

What's Needed?

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with common office software

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail

• Professional appearance and friendly attitude

• Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
