Are you friendly, organized, and enjoy helping others? The Brook at High Falls is looking for an enthusiastic Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our facility! This is a great opportunity to join a supportive team where your work makes a difference every day.
Responsibilities:Greet residents, families, visitors, and vendors with a warm, professional attitude
Answer and direct incoming phone calls
Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
File, organize, and maintain resident and administrative records
Upload and scan documents into electronic systems
Assist with data entry and general office support
Receive and distribute mail and deliveries
Help department managers with administrative projects as needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area
Has excellent customer service and communication skills
Is organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
Can multitask in a fast-paced environment
Is comfortable using computers and Microsoft Office
Learns quickly and enjoys working as part of a team
