Perfect Smile Dental Arts in Lynbrook, NY, led by Dr. Olga Kovalenko, is searching for a dynamic, full-time Dental Assistant who is eager to step into a dentistry role within our fast-paced, supportive, and fun environment. With a competitive hourly rate of $22 - $26 based on experience! We offer paid time off (PTO), discounted dental treatment, and continuing education .

You will work a consistent schedule from 9 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday through Thursday , with just one Saturday required each month. Our flexible approach ensures you have the time to enjoy both your career and your personal life.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY AS OUR DENTAL ASSISTANT

As a Dental Assistant, you will support the doctor during a variety of procedures, ensuring every patient receives attentive, top-notch care. Your mornings will start with preparing tray setups and sterilizing equipment, then continue with capturing high-quality patient photos for treatment planning and documentation. You will take digital X-rays, keep patient charts updated with accurate medical histories, and manage oral impressions or pour models as needed. Your role will also involve maintaining supply levels, sending lab cases out, and verifying their return before appointments. By creating smooth, efficient, and caring experiences for our patients, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and engaging atmosphere throughout the practice.
