Financial Controller / Manager

Role Summary:

• Practical management of accounting, finance, cost management, and tax.

• Overall leader of internal financial closing processes, business plan formulation, and internal control verification.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Closing & Audit Oversight: Final approval of QuickBooks closing, issue adjusting journal entries, and directly manage external financial audits.

2. Control & Analysis: Establish business plans, lead monthly Excel-based budget vs. actual variance analysis, and cross-check treasury operations.

3. Business Planning & FP&A: Formulate business plans, analyze monthly/quarterly/annual management results, review investment P&L, establish long-term strategies, manage KPIs, and report forecasted P&L statements.

4. Accounting & Financial Reporting: Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings and headquarters reporting (including board meeting materials); respond to external audits.

5. Treasury & Tax: Manage daily, monthly, and annual cash flows; oversee U.S. tax compliance and transfer pricing risks.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.

• 10+ years of corporate accounting, finance, or business planning experience in U.S. companies (Senior Manager level or above).

• Fluent bilingual communication skills in English and Korean.

• Valid U.S. work authorization required (U.S. Citizen, Permanent Resident).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Active AICPA or KICPA license.
