Medicaid Choice Counselor - Senior Services Specialist

The State of Florida's Agency for Health Care Administration seeks a Senior Human Services Program Specialist to support the Florida Medicaid Helpline. The Choice Counselor helps educate enrollees, verify identity, explain plans, and log interactions in Health Track. Applicants should have at least two years of customer service experience; knowledge of Medicaid policies and strong communication skills are essential.
