Senior Human Services Program Specialist

- This position requires a candidate who is creative, flexible, innovative, and who will thrive in a fast-paced, team based work environment.
- Responsible for planning and conducting in-house and on-site New Provider Enrollment Reviews and validating re-enrollment reviews of current Medicaid providers.
- Verifies professional licenses, business tax receipt, and lease information, among other information.
- Researches Internet to determine/verify business status and ownership (e.g. State of Florida Division of Corporations website and corporate websites).
- Submits findings and recommendations to Medicaid Fiscal Agent Operations for further action.
- Coordinates with Medicaid providers, Headquarters staff, and SMMC plans as needed to research and resolve assigned Medicaid Provider Enrollment and Site Visit related issues.
