Outreach Manager

Vi Living, a luxury senior living leader, seeks an Outreach Manager to expand awareness of our continuing care communities. This role develops and executes outreach plans to build relationships with healthcare providers, senior organizations, and referral partners, driving qualified leads and move-ins. Responsibilities include coordinating community events, presentations, and tours; managing outreach calendars and tracking results; and collaborating with sales and marketing teams. The ideal candidate brings strong communication, healthcare or senior services experience, and a passion for serving older adults in a resident-first culture.
