Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Real Estate Agent role based in Metro Jacksonville. The Real Estate Agent will identify and evaluate distressed and undervalued properties, conduct property tours, and coordinate inspections to support acquisition and disposition efforts. Responsibilities include building and maintaining relationships with sellers, buyers, investors, and community partners, while providing clear guidance through each stage of the transaction. The role involves preparing and reviewing contracts, managing documentation, and ensuring compliance with relevant real estate laws and company policies. The Real Estate Agent will also perform comparative market analyses, support pricing strategies, and collaborate with internal teams to help convert distressed properties into quality, affordable residences. Qualifications Candidates should possess a valid Real Estate License and a solid understanding of Real Property principles. Candidates should possess strong Real Estate market knowledge, including distressed property acquisition and neighborhood revitalization. Candidates should possess proven Sales skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing transactions. Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills, with the ability to build trust and communicate clearly with diverse clients and stakeholders. Strong local market knowledge of Metro Jacksonville and surrounding areas is beneficial. Ability to work on-site, manage multiple transactions simultaneously, and maintain organized records and documentation. Comfort with basic real estate technology tools and CRM systems; proficiency in standard office software is helpful.
