Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• Valid or eligible state licensure for speech-language pathology
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings highly valued
• Familiarity with AAC devices
• Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
• SLPA or SLP-A backgrounds welcomed
• Prior experience with IEPs is a plus

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform thorough evaluations to determine speech, language, and swallowing needs
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans utilizing evidence-based practices
• Provide engaging, effective interventions to address communication and swallowing concerns
• Track and document student progress, adjusting treatment as necessary
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and healthcare teams to support holistic care
• Contribute to IEP meetings and consult on student needs
• Work in-person or via teletherapy depending on district preference and student requirements
