This role is completely remote, allowing for flexibility while still providing critical support to our clients in a hospice setting. As a key member of our team, you will engage with families and provide assistance in an emotionally supportive context, ensuring health and safety for all involved. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for families seeking help through our programs.

• Collaborate in the design and execution of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) that cater specifically to each child’s needs.

• Actively monitor progress on IFSPs and communicate updates to families and multidisciplinary teams.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to create strategies that are accessible and effective for families in a natural learning environment.
\n
• Educate families on developmental milestones to enhance the child’s physical, cognitive, emotional, and social skills.
\n
• Implement early intervention assistance with compassion and professionalism, maintaining compliance with federal and state regulations.

• Develop strong rapport with children and their families to establish a nurturing learning environment.
\n
• Encourage and support the integration of family preferences and concerns into developmental planning.
\n
• Embrace a coaching mindset to facilitate family-based learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with families of children under three years old who are experiencing developmental delays or disabilities. Qualifications\n
