Remote Tier 1 Support Specialist — Zendesk & ServiceNow

Hypori, Inc.

Hypori, Inc. is looking for a SkillBridge participant to join their Customer Support team in a remote role. This position offers hands-on training in Tier 1 support using ServiceNow and Zendesk, along with learning AWS concepts relevant to troubleshooting. You'll be involved in documenting and triaging support requests, contributing to internal documentation, and shadowing support staff.

Ideal candidates should be eager to learn and contribute to support operations while ensuring quality standards in documentation and communication.
