Staffing Account Manager

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Staffing Account Manager to join a dynamic recruiting and staffing environment in Woodland Hills, CA. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for a motivated staffing professional who enjoys both client development and full cycle recruiting. In this role, you will build strong client partnerships, identify new business opportunities, and connect employers with high quality talent. Key Responsibilities Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with new and existing client accounts. Prospect and acquire new clients through marketing, networking, outreach, and relationship-building strategies. Source, screen, interview, and qualify candidates for client hiring needs. Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate presentation, interview coordination, feedback, and offer negotiation. Partner with clients to understand hiring needs, workforce challenges, and talent requirements. Maintain consistent communication with clients and candidates to support a positive recruiting experience. Compensation and Benefits Salary range: $80,000 to $100,000 per year.
