The Role As our Chief of Staff, you will be the force multiplier for the founders and the broader leadership team. You are a strategic partner who will dive into everything from early product design to high‑stakes sales preparation. This is a 0‑to‑1 role designed for a unicorn operator who thrives on ambiguity, moves with extreme urgency, and is eager to shape the foundations of a generational company. What you’ll do Partner closely with the founders to drive the company’s highest‑priority initiatives, acting as a strategic thought partner and executive proxy across all functions. Architect the 0‑to‑1 foundations of all facets of our business, from organizing major product launches to scaling our recruiting efforts to building agents to automate operational processes. Help drive product strategy by participating in early design iterations, scoping roadmaps with the engineering team, and triaging critical feedback from our earliest users. Accelerate our go‑to‑market engine by conducting deep market intelligence, analyzing new segments, and preparing customer demos and research for sales meetings. Own special projects end‑to‑end, moving seamlessly between high‑level strategic research and the tactical operational work required to scale a world‑class startup.
