Intake Attorney

Our rapidly growing law practice is seeking a full-time legal intake specialist to join our team! You’ll survey prospective clients and empathize with them on the details of their case, manage new client onboarding and data entry, and help our lawyers book and manage their appointments. We’ll provide the training and resources to help you flourish in your role on a tight-knit, supportive, and passionate legal team. Responsibilities: • Take charge of various office tasks such as email correspondence, document management, data organization, and research to make sure our firm is running at peak efficiency • Survey potential clients to determine the right fit with our practice, while listening to all phone calls in an empathetic manner • Help foster prospective client streams by providing input into awareness and law firm partnerships initiatives alongside the marketing team • Collect paperwork and enter data into our case management system to ensure a smooth onboarding for new clients and tidy management of case files • Book consultations for prospective clients with our lawyers to expand our caseload and ensure meeting schedules are accurate • Meet with potential clients who meet our criteria to discuss possible representation. • Coordinate with other attorneys at the firm regarding potential new cases. • Follow up with potential clients as needed. • Collaborate with other members of the intake team. Qualifications: • CRM and case management software experience a plus • Full familiarity with the Microsoft Office suite, with advanced Excel proficiency • Background in the legal industry preferred • Excellent and empathetic verbal and written communication skills required • High school diploma or equivalent needed, while a Bachelor’s degree is desired • Previous legal intake experience required. • Licensed attorney in California. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel. • Strong computer and data entry skills. • Previous experience with CRM and case management software desired. • Sales or customer service experience is highly valued. Compensation: $100,000 + Bonus Potential
