FULL TIME Associate Attorney

This position is ideal for attorneys with 0-3 years of experience, including recent law school graduates who are newly licensed in California.

We're seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join our growing litigation team. This is an excellent opportunity for a new or early-career attorney to build foundational experience, work alongside seasoned litigators, and become part of a high-performing legal team with a focus on creditors' rights.
Support senior attorneys in handling creditors' rights litigation and related matters
Draft pleadings, motions, legal correspondence, and discovery documents
Conduct legal research and stay current with applicable statutes and case law
Maintain case management systems and ensure accuracy of legal documentation
Communicate with clients, courts, and opposing counsel under supervision
Collaborate with legal staff to ensure deadlines and court requirements are met
Interest or experience in civil litigation or creditors' rights law
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Eagerness to learn, grow, and work as part of a collaborative legal team
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort with legal tech systems (Cogent experience is a plus)
Occasional travel for court appearances as needed
